Founder
Laura Gale
Originally from the North East, Laura has loved the performing arts for as long as she can remember. She was scouted at a young age to tour with the National Youth Theatre. She then headed to London to complete a degree in Performing Arts. Alongside this, she ran her own comedy theatre company in London. However, it wasn't until living abroad in Japan, that Laura discovered an unexpected love of teaching, which is what led her to complete a PGCE at The University of Worcester, train in LAMDA and ultimately combine her love, experience and training in Performing Arts with her teaching skills.
Choreographer & Dance Teacher
Eleanor Jones
Eleanor has been dancing since the age of 3 and is fully trained in RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern, Tap and Jazz. Her passion and talent led her to Performers College where she graduated in 2018 with a diploma in Dance Theatre. She was immediately contracted to perform with Carnival Cruise Lines. She has also performed at Wembley Arena events such as the ‘FA Cup Final’ and ‘NFL Opening ceremonies’, a variety of UK pantomimes and Music Videos. Eleanor has been teaching with Laura Gale Dance & Drama since 2019 and is keen to share her passion, experience and training with each of her students.
Musical Director
Orin Vallely
Orin has worked as a full-time, professional session and production vocalist for 14 years having graduated from London’s highly acclaimed Vocal-Tech school. Orin’s talents have seen him perform as principal vocalist and vocal captain in theatres, arenas and locations all over the world. In addition to this Orin also works as a vocal coach for singers and actors, having completed his Masters in Voice Pedagogy. His current client base includes but isn’t limited to: ‘The Fantastic Beasts franchise’, ‘Hollyoaks’, ‘CBeebies Town’ as well as West End and National Tour productions of ‘Six’, ‘Frozen’, ‘Newsies’ and many more. Orin also works locally with young and upcoming talent - several of whom you might just spot on this very stage, to coach and mentor them in preparation for pursuing the arts as a full-time career.
Choreographer & Dance Teacher
Ryan Walters
Ryan is a professional singer, dancer & choreographer who has worked within the industry for nearly 16 years taking him all over the world in theatre tours and production shows. Specialising in commercial dance, Ryan has had the privilege of choreographing productions shows for some of the UK’s leading entertainment companies. Did you know as well as teaching dance, Ryan runs his very own successful baking business, Sinfully Delicious. Marketing & Production Manager
Joshua Davies
Josh is a performer, director & theatre creative originally from Hereford, he graduated from The London College of Music with a degree in Musical Theatre. He spent 10 years as a performer on stage and screen in various shows including: ‘Peter Pan The Musical’, ‘The Pied Piper’, ‘The Return of Neverland’, ‘Hollyoaks’ (Channel 4), ‘Cobra’ (Sky), ’Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ (Warner Bros.). These days, Josh has moved over to the dark side - backstage. He has writing, directing, producing, lighting design, stage management and graphic design credits all to his name.

Emily Hyde
Emily is a professional singer who, at the tender age of 17, studied at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London. In addition to regularly gigging, Emily has also performed on numerous TV talent shows. Emily is deeply passionate about nurturing the next generation of talent. As a dedicated member of the Laura Gale Dance & Drama team, she channels her extensive knowledge and experience in performing arts to mentor and inspire young, aspiring performers.

Charlie Cosett
Charlie has been dancing, singing and acting since she was 4 years old. Training in ISTD she reached intermediate and advanced in Ballet, Tap and Modern. Also performed in many productions including ‘Shrek The Musical’ and ‘Honk’ to name a few. Alongside achieving her performing arts diploma in Guernsey she also gained her BTEC diploma level 2 and 3 in contemporary dance. After this she then came to the UK to train at Chichester Conservatoire where she trained in Musical Theatre (Triple Threat) and obtained a 1st class honours degree. After her training she then went on to work for Haven and CBeebies. Charlie has now been teaching dance and performing arts for the past couple of years and is so excited to join the Laura Gale Dance & Drama family.
Dance Teacher
Charlotte Gwynne
Charlotte has had a passion for dance since the age of 3 and is trained in ISTD Modern, Tap & Jazz, and RAD Ballet, reaching intermediate in Ballet and Modern, as well as gold in Jazz. She was also a member of the Courtyard Youth Theatre from the age of 5, performing in their shows - Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Jungle Book, and James and the Giant Peach. Charlotte graduated from Performers College Birmingham in June 2024, where she trained in musical theatre and dance. While in training, Charlotte had the opportunity to perform in the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony. Performers also offered the chance to take a teaching module, which Charlotte completed in the style of Jazz, solidifying her love for teaching.

Isabelle Power
Isabelle has been singing, dancing and acting since she was 4. Training in RAD she completed her intermediate in Ballet. Isabelle also joined lessons at Laura Gale which she thoroughly enjoyed! She also performed in many shows in the Hereford at The Courtyard when she was younger, including Annie, Oliver, and The Wizard of Oz to name a few. Isabelle trained at Stella Mann College gaining a Level 6 Diploma in Performing Arts in 2023. After training Isabelle completed her first professional contract for a touring pantomime production of Robinson Crusoe. Since then Isabelle has been teaching alongside completing a BA(Hons) degree in Performing Arts with PPA Academy. Isabelle is super excited to join the team at Laura Gale Dance and Drama family!
Costume Designer
Jacqueline Partridge
Jackie moved back to Hereford in 2020 to open her fabric and haberdashery shop Make-it Happen. She now helps others achieve their creative dreams by running artistic and sewing workshops, selling a wonderful range of fabrics, haberdashery, art and craft items. Jackie taught for 15 years, passing on her knowledge and passion for textiles, fashion, art, design and theatrical costume in secondary schools in Loughborough, Qatar, Louisiana & Prague. Jackie has an extensive background in theatrical costume. She attended the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School to study costume construction and period dress, theatrical makeup and wig dressing. She has worked for the Baton Rouge Theatre, Bristol Old Vic Theatre, UK Productions Touring Theatre and Southwold Summer Theatre.
